Arro of the North, LLC of International Falls, MN began services in April of 2007 at 825 Third Avenue. Our on-site Professional Land Surveyor and part owner is David Serrano. David has 14 years of private and public land surveying experience in Minnesota,

Wisconsin and North Dakota.

Ben Hippe is our survey/CAD technician. With 4 years survey experience he is skilled in using the latest GPS equipment and CAD programs.
